Aliya Grig is a visionary founder, urban futurist, and global thought leader at the intersection of AI, conscious innovation, and art. As the founder of Kosmos City and the Kosmos Foundation, she is exploring a new paradigm for human evolution—one that integrates consciousness, emerging technologies, and creative expression into the very architecture of civilization.
Her signature philosophy, The Architecture of Human Evolution, offers a transformative framework in which consciousness reveals human potential, technology accelerates discovery, and art anchors inner growth in culture. This trinity fuels her mission to build next-generation innovation hubs, human-centered cities, and advanced materials that support intellectual, emotional, and spiritual expansion.
To catalyze this global shift, Aliya founded Kosmos City—an innovation ecosystem with hubs in Switzerland, the UAE, Hong Kong, and Japan. Each location is dedicated to advancing a specific technological frontier: quantum computing, empathetic robotics, next-generation alloys, and bionic materials. Together, they form a closed-cycle, human-centered innovation platform that reimagines how we design the future.
She also leads the Kosmos Foundation, which is at the forefront of developing emotional AI and sustainable technologies. The Foundation’s AI systems mirror human empathy, cognition, and reasoning.
With over 15 years of international experience, Aliya has launched and led deep-tech ventures across aerospace, AI, and advanced hardware—including three hardware technology companies (fuel cells, launch vehicles, and 3D printing). Her portfolio includes two successful tech exits and the large-scale revitalization of a European city for 50,000 people, featuring an innovation district for education and the arts that attracted new residents and catalyzed local economic growth.
Raised in an observatory by her mother, an astrophysicist, and shaped by a lifelong fascination with the cosmos, Aliya brings together 25 years of spiritual and philosophical study with deep expertise in neuroscience, quantum systems, and AI. She modernizes ancient wisdom into actionable strategies for innovation—believing that the next scientific breakthroughs will emerge from the evolution of human consciousness.
Her work has been recognized by the European Space Agency (ESA), Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), and Starburst Aerospace. She has been named among the Top 100 Women in AI by Leta Capital, included in Forbes Europe 30 Under 30, and featured as one of the 23 Most Influential Women in Tech by Startups Magazine.
Aliya is an advisory board member at the Arizona Astrobiology Center, a Fellow of the Karman Space Foundation, and is completing a PhD in neuroscience, where she researches Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and artificial consciousness. She is also a published author, investor, and philanthropist whose patronage supports both personal evolution and planetary transformation.
